We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and revise Service Bulletins according to requirements in the SBO (Service Bulletin Outline).
  • Perform configuration analysis as per Airbus SB standards to identify pre- and post-drawings.
  • Develop knowledge of Airbus standards, including S1000D, iSpec 2200, and ASD STE – 100.
  • Conduct technical analysis of criteria and related data sources.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of SAP PCS and authoring tools such as SAMM DACAS, TAKSY, GIDOCA, GYPSY, Airn@V, ZAMIZ, PASS SSCI, and APS.
  • Understand cold working Service Bulletins.
  • Analyze aircraft zones and access studies to specify work locations.
  • Maintain precise sequence of the authoring process described in the Quality Plan.
  • Estimate timelines and make realistic commitments with project leaders.
  • Participate actively in customer communication for any queries.
  • Analyze, mock-up, and author Service Bulletins in Arbor text or Epic editor.
  • Maintain quality and KPIs for assigned tasks.
  • Manage workloads and maintain OTD (on-time deliveries) and quality.
  • Develop knowledge of workflow processes, quality checks, INC & DCR, and root cause analysis methods like 5 Why and 8D method (NCR).
Qualifications:
  • B.E / B. Tech in Aeronautics
  • B.E / B. Tech in mechanical engineering with aeronautical engineering industry exposure
  • AME with Airline experience and Service Bulletin authoring experience
