Duration: 6 Weeks Contract (extendable)

A forward-thinking digital professional is sought to take ownership of content modeling, workflows, and governance for a multi-brand, multilingual portal. You will collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality standards and seamless integration.

This is a short-term, high-impact role requiring expertise in Sitecore XM/XM Cloud and headless content delivery. Key responsibilities include defining taxonomy design, configuring templates and workflows, and managing environment promotion.

  • Develop content models and taxonomy structures for a multi-brand, multilingual portal.
  • Configure XMCC templates, workflows, RBAC, publishing approvals, and SLAs.
  • Partner with Next.js/React teams to define Experience Edge schemas/contracts.
  • Manage content releases using Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS) and track analytics.
  • Lead migration activities from CH1/XM → XM Cloud, including mapping, redirects, validation, and QA.
  • Enforce compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA, SEO metadata, Open Graph, and schema.org standards.
  • Establish governance frameworks: contribution guidelines, checklists, and QA playbooks.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Sitecore XM/XM Cloud.
  • Hands-on expertise in headless content modeling, workflows, and RBAC.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and Experience Edge.
  • Content release management with SCS.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Sitecore Search and Sitecore Personalize/CDP.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
