As a Medical Writer, you will develop high-quality scientific, medical, and educational materials for clients across various therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Create client-ready content such as slides, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, infographics, congress and meetings materials, literature searches and reviews, standard response letters/medical information letters, and HCP engagement content according to client needs with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Build trusting relationships with international pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals, internal and external stakeholders including authors, reviewers, and key opinion leaders across therapeutic areas, anticipating their needs.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, authors/faculty, clients, and vendors, facilitating seamless collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends by attending workshops/seminars/trainings, contributing to organizational objectives.
  • Support senior team members at client and other external meetings as required.
  • Collaborate with client directors to develop innovative medical communications initiatives in the digital space, including publication extenders, creation of infographics, interactive assets, website content, patient narratives, and medical information engagement plans.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to client requirements, style guides, client templates, client preferences (as applicable), and internal SOPs.
  • Contribute to making cutting-edge research accessible to specific audiences by maintaining current awareness of developments across therapeutic areas or disciplines.
  • Share best practices and client preferences, contributing to skill development within the medical communications team.
