The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Client Support Specialist to join our Client Experience team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our global clientele, resolving technical issues efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support to clients via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Cialfo's software and services to provide expert guidance to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Escalate critical issues to senior support engineers or management when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, resolutions, and feedback
