We are seeking a professional who can provide exceptional customer service to our international clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone in a timely and courteous manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify trends and recurring issues to contribute to the improvement of our customer service processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in any field (0–2 years of experience preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Calm, empathetic and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.
