About Venture Capital Investment

We are seeking an experienced Venture Fund Associate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Managing Director and be part of the core team responsible for sourcing investors, structuring deals, closing deals, evaluating startups, managing due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal Sourcing: Identify potential investments through networks, events, inbound leads, accelerators, and referrals.
  • Evaluation of Investments: Analyze business models, financials, traction, and scalability of potential investments.
  • Due Diligence: Support legal, financial, and compliance checks on shortlisted startups.
  • Portfolio Support: Work with portfolio companies on fundraising, growth strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Market Research: Conduct deep dives into sectors, prepare market maps, and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Fund Operations: Assist with investment memos, reporting to investors, and internal fund documentation.
  • Ecosystem Building: Represent us at startup events, demo days, and founder meetings.
Requirements:
  • Completed or ongoing degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 6-12 months of experience in VC, PE, consulting, investment banking, or startup strategy.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Strong networking skills and prior built-up network.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
