Senior HVAC Design Manager

This role involves overseeing the design of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Manager to lead our HVAC design team. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing and implementing HVAC designs that meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
  2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems with building design.
  3. Conducting techno-commercial evaluations of options to recommend energy-saving and environmentally friendly designs.
  4. Managing budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.
  5. Mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on best practices in HVAC design.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and 10+ years of experience in HVAC design. Strong knowledge of Revit and ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards is essential.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC design.
  • Strong knowledge of Revit and ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
