We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the growth of our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update certification lists, track progress toward certification goals, and provide support to team members in achieving requirements.
  • Manage help desk requests with clients, coordinate L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting on partner center metrics such as Azure consumption, certifications, customer adds, CPOR/PAL attach, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Facilitate co-sell vs. partner-led motions, ensuring offer attachment to protect performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities eligible for PAL (Partner Admin Link) or POR (Partner of Record) attribution, ensure attribution requirements are captured and executed post-contracting.
  • Support preparation and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Briefings (EBCs).

To be successful in this role, you will require strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, experience in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a detail-oriented data-driven mindset.
