This role involves generating new leads through proactive outreach, identifying potential customers who can benefit from our offerings, and delivering compelling sales presentations to effectively highlight features, benefits, and value proposition tailored to the client's specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, referrals, and participation in local events/exhibitions.
- Identify potential customers within the assigned territory or industry segment who can benefit from our offerings.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product/service demonstrations, effectively highlighting features, benefits, and value proposition tailored to the client's specific needs.
- Perform thorough needs assessments to identify client pain points and propose relevant, customized solutions that address their business objectives.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales, overcoming objections, and skillfully close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is essential for building rapport and engaging effectively with the local market. Basic English proficiency is also required for formal communication and documentation.
