As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through exceptional customer service and effective communication.

  • About the Role:
    • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Executive, where you will be responsible for managing counter sales and providing seamless customer service.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage counter sales with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Provide prompt, courteous, and informed assistance to all customers, addressing queries and offering product details.
  3. Maintain updated customer feedback records in the system.
  4. Conduct regular physical stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records.
  5. Initiate and support small-scale marketing activities.
  6. Organize customer engagement programs and events.
  7. Drive new customer acquisition and reactivate dormant accounts.
  8. Understand customer preferences to align product offerings and support effective stock management.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: 12th / Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate
  • Experience: 2 to 6 years, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry industry
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
