About the Role
This position at ScaleneWorks supports the development of investment strategies, assists in deal execution, and contributes to the incubation of new businesses. The role involves close collaboration with the senior leadership team, focusing on supporting the growth of the investment portfolio and new business ventures.

Key Responsibilities
• Scheduling and maintaining appointments, calendar management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating with service providers, including telephone, IT, and vendor management
• Coordinating conference rooms, travel, and stay arrangements
• Coordinating and following up with cross-functional departments
• Handling department expenses, vendor payments, and coordination with the finance department
• Filing and maintaining department records
• General correspondence and managing miscellaneous work on a day-to-day basis
• Supporting the Department/s team in their day-to-day activities, including coordination and follow-up with different functions and basic Excel preparation

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High energy and keen willingness to learn
• Basic MS Office knowledge, particularly Excel and Word
• Execution excellence, with end-to-end ownership
