Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chief Managing Director's calendar to optimize working time and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Paradigm Realty's mission, vision, and values to support the CXO in balancing internal and external priorities.
  • Monitor the CXO's email and flag potential issues requiring urgent attention.
  • Undertake research and analysis to support the CXO's knowledge and advocacy role or client work.
  • Coordinate MIS/Governance Review for the organization.
  • Work closely with executive-level colleagues to ensure linkages with the CXO's work.
  • Attend meetings with the CXO to provide support or attend on his/her behalf.
  • Manage information flow to and from the CXO, filtering, flagging, or directing information as needed.
  • Assist the CXO with preparation for and follow-up action from Management, Leadership, and Board meetings.
  • Liaise with members of the Board and Management Team to prepare for meetings or track and monitor agreed actions.
  • Provide a high-quality, responsive, and professional service to both internal and external communications.

Qualifications and Skills

  • CA or MBA education qualification
  • Experience in strategic planning and administrative assistance
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
