About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling, maintaining, and coordinating appointments, calendar management, and VMS with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with service providers, including telephone, IT, VMS, TCI, and garage services.
  • Coordinating conference rooms, travel, and stay arrangements.
  • Coordinating and following up with cross-functional departments.
  • Handling department expenses, vendor payments, and coordinating with the finance department.
  • Filing and maintaining department records.
  • General correspondence and managing miscellaneous work on a day-to-day basis.
  • Supporting the Department/team in their day-to-day activities, including coordination and follow-up with different functions and basic Excel preparation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills.
  • High energy and keen willingness to learn.
  • Basic MS Office knowledge, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Execution excellence, with end-to-end ownership.
