Key Responsibilities- Scheduling, maintaining, and coordinating appointments, calendar management, and VMS with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating with service providers, including telephone, IT, VMS, TCI, and garage services.
- Coordinating conference rooms, travel, and stay arrangements.
- Coordinating and following up with cross-functional departments.
- Handling department expenses, vendor payments, and coordinating with the finance department.
- Filing and maintaining department records.
- General correspondence and managing miscellaneous work on a day-to-day basis.
- Supporting the Department/team in their day-to-day activities, including coordination and follow-up with different functions and basic Excel preparation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent inter-personal skills.
- High energy and keen willingness to learn.
- Basic MS Office knowledge, particularly Excel and Word.
- Execution excellence, with end-to-end ownership.
