They should be comfortable working with official datasets and systems extracting insights that drive smarter decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on governance issues across sectors like health, education, rural development, and infrastructure.
  • Analyse policies schemes and frameworks to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Extract clean large datasets (e.g., UDISE NSSO MIS electoral rolls).
  • Design implement basic models to identify trends performance metrics forecasts.
  • Develop reports briefs dashboards presentations for stakeholders and officials.
  • Assist implementing initiatives by developing frameworks preparing plans tracking progress evaluating impact suggesting corrections.
  • Maintain structured repository of program data model outputs documentation supporting cross-team use future reference.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Master's degree from Tier 1 institution preferably in Political Science Economics Social Sciences or Law.
  • Able conduct secondary primary research swiftly extracting relevant summarizing key findings.
  • Strong grasp Indian governance systems policy making cycles ecosystem.
  • Clear structured writing presentation skills suitable technical non-technical audiences.
  • Curious proactive capable designing solutions first principles.
  • High professionalism confidentiality ability manage diverse stakeholders tact efficiency.
