Job Opportunity

The role of a Senior Director for Quality and Development is pivotal in ensuring the creation and commercialization of high-quality products. This position necessitates leadership skills, technical expertise, and oversight of quality systems across R&D and pilot stages.

Key responsibilities include experimental design, process development, technology transfer, lab management, regulatory compliance, and advanced material characterization. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to close stage gates, support analytical needs, and drive timely, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the developmental Quality Assurance function across R&D & Development Quality of new products.
  • Establish a robust process for new products at R&D and Pilot stage to pass through a stage gate system.
  • Design experiments, DOE, hypothesis studies to conduct experiments with R&D and Technology teams.
  • Develop protocols for experiments, process development, study robustness, evaluate process performance between R&D to Pilot plant and site level.
  • Ensure compliance of SOPs, Policies, standards, guideline, regulatory and customer requirements.
Requirements
  • M.Sc / M.Pharma – Chemistry
  • 16-24 years of experience in API/Intermediate/Fine chemical Industry.
  • Sound knowledge of Fine chemical, DQA must with good knowledge of product development at R&D stage.
