Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver large-scale programs and projects by leading cross-functional teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with additional experience in:

  • Driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Building processes, project management, and schedules
  • PMP certification
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements and a structured on-boarding environment to support new starters in getting up to speed quickly.
