Performance Marketing Manager

We are a digital growth agency dedicated to helping D2C brands scale faster. Our full-stack digital solutions include performance marketing, website development, SEO, and social media management.

This role involves managing Meta Ads & Google ads for performance marketing. You will create, execute, and optimize campaigns end-to-end on various channels to maximize returns on ad spend.

  • Innovate new campaign ideas, work with design and content teams, and drive strategy with prioritization of initiatives to deliver the highest returns on performance marketing spends.
  • Track and measure campaign level, ad-set level, and ad level performance, then come up with actionable insights.
  • Acquire insights in online marketing trends, best practices, and keep strategies up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience running Google and Facebook ads extensively.
  • Managed marketing budgets efficiently.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Ran ads on lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences.
Soft Skills:
  • High ownership, taking complete responsibility for growth via respective channels.
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get things done.
  • Creative outlook and attention to detail.
  • Super iterative, able to conduct thousands of experiments.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • User empathy, understanding user needs.
