Job Title: Performance Marketing Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing expert to lead our digital growth initiatives. As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business outcomes through paid media investments.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation
  • Experience in managing budgets at scale and presenting insights to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders
