Key Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional results.

  2. Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth and improve client satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
  4. Provide expert-level support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  5. Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  6. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives.
  7. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably within international B2B contexts.
  • Proven ability to analyze digital marketing metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (e.g., SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing).
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
