Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Analyst. This role involves addressing customer issues, guiding customers on product usage, and working closely with various teams to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Guide and assist customers on product usage.
  • Handle customer data import/export from production systems.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data in production systems.
  • Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
  • Contribute to developing product content for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate reports from single or multiple systems.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product customer support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Strong analytical mind and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear, concise language.
  • Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer-relationship skills.
