Customer Success Manager Lead

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to lead and oversee our entire customer success department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end customer journeys from onboarding to product adoption, engagement, and retention. This role involves managing a team of 3-4 Team Leaders who in turn manage a large pool of Customer Success Executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies tailored for high-volume customers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Deliver regular business reviews and performance reports to leadership.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Customer Success with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
