
Business Development Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our sales efforts. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, with a focus on identifying new opportunities and driving growth.
Main Responsibilities:- B2B Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals, follow up with prospects and existing clients for engagement, support development of customized solutions, coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth execution.
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide first-level customer service for inquiries, maintain regular communication with clients, handle basic concerns and escalate complex issues to senior staff, assist in post-engagement follow-ups and client satisfaction checks.
- Administrative Tasks: Update CRM system with accurate client and activity data, prepare weekly reports and activity summaries, coordinate schedules with clients and trainers, assist in promotional events, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred, not mandatory).
This is a 6-month internship with opportunities to learn from experienced professionals, network with industry experts, and gain exposure to business development strategies.
