Lead AI Research Innovator

We are seeking a visionary expert in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to spearhead our Earth Observation Data Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge AI/ML initiatives, driving innovation and growth in the field of earth observation.
  • Provide technical guidance on the application of advanced machine learning algorithms and data processing techniques tailored to earth observation data.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle for AI/ML applications, from ideation and design to implementation and evaluation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project success and impact.
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for AI/ML initiatives in earth observation, aligning with organizational goals and market needs.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external organizations to identify opportunities for AI/ML integration and innovation.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts and project outcomes to non-technical stakeholders, translating data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with academic institutions, industry leaders, and research organizations to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
