What You'll Do:

  • Develop key metrics for our ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems.
  • Design/run experiments; turn results into product decisions within a week.
  • Create data dashboards and lightweight models so teams can self-serve answers.
  • Collaborate with engineers to instrument events; improve data quality and latency.
  • Prototype models (from baselines to gradient boosting) to enhance matching and scoring.
  • Evaluate LLM-powered agents: design rubrics, human-in-the-loop studies, and guardrail canaries.

You have strong fundamentals (statistics, SQL, Python) and projects to showcase.

You iterate fast—frame the question, test, and deliver in days—and value clarity of communication as much as statistical significance.

Curiosity about LLM evaluation, retrieval, and ranking is a plus; you'll learn alongside experts from renowned companies.

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years in data science/analytics or similar; BS/BA in a quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong SQL; Python for analysis; comfort with experiment design and causal thinking.
  • Communicates effectively with engineers, PMs, and leadership; turns analysis into actionable insights.
  • Nice-to-haves: dbt, dashboarding (Hex/Mode/Looker), marketplace or search/recommendation metrics, LLM/agent evaluation.
