Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge Gen AI applications. The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks, with expertise in leveraging Azure AI services, including Cognitive search, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions that drive business value.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM models and Gen AI applications, collaborating closely with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management.
  • Possess hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks, and have a strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and embedding techniques.
  • Develop and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively.
  • Apply advanced fine-tuning methods such as Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), Quantized LoRA (QLoRA), and Pattern-Exploiting Training (PET) to optimize open-source models for specific tasks.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in Gen AI development.
