Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist


This is a key role in shaping our product features that address real-world challenges in finance back-office functions. As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a key part in improving operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

For the Domain Expertise & Workflow Mapping responsibility, you will leverage your knowledge of core finance operations to define workflows, validation rules, exception cases, and compliance checks for automation modules.


In the Product Development & QA responsibility, you will partner with product managers to co-design AI-powered workflows for financial data ingestion, standardization, and reporting.


As a Client Collaboration & Support specialist, you will participate in discovery sessions and walkthroughs with clients to document operational challenges.


You will ensure alignment with accounting principles (IFRS, GAAP), audit readiness, and internal control standards in the Compliance & Best Practices responsibility.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting support, or enterprise finance in the BFSI sector
  • Hands-on experience with AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation, or month-end close processes
  • Proficiency with financial systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Tally
  • Familiarity with document automation, OCR, or AI-based data extraction tools is preferred
