Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to provide efficient business establishment solutions, legal licensing, and post-incorporation compliance support.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Compliance: Assist in company incorporation, licensing, and regulatory filings.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and manage documentation for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance.
  • Tracking and Coordination: Track application status and coordinate with government authorities for processing.
  • Client Support: Guide clients on statutory obligations and documentation related to company setup.
  • Filing and Reporting: Support timely filing of returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and prepare financial reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest process improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate from a commerce background (B.com, M.com BBA, MBA, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge and Skills: Basic knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and the Companies Act, 2013, working knowledge or exposure to compliance requirements such as ROC filings, statutory registers, and documentation, familiarity with accounting practices and compliance procedures, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
