Job Title: Operations Efficiency Specialist
Are you a detail-oriented individual who excels in managing day-to-day operations? Do you have a passion for solving complex problems and ensuring timely resolutions?
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Operations Efficiency Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our Order to Cash process, you will be responsible for coordinating with customers, resolving queries, and maintaining SLA.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Making collection calls to customers and emailing or faxing invoices as required.
  • Identifying and resolving unidentified cash and leading the end-to-end process of Cash applications.
  • Processing cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites, ensuring timely and accurate completion of Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR).
  • Following up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions, and working between departments to achieve resolution.
  • Reconciling orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customers for collection or refund.
Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
