As a strategic business enabler, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of HCM Cloud projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Resolving complex issues and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Designing and implementing proof-of-concepts during the sales cycle
  • Enhancing existing tools and accelerators to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Developing new tools and accelerators to meet evolving business needs

You will be required to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues encountered during test cycles. As a subject matter expert in functional architecture, you must have expertise in multiple modules and exposure to the entire HCM Cloud suite.

The ideal candidate should have experience working as a functional lead or architect on HCM Cloud implementations for one or more geographies (EMEA, APAC, North America, Latin America).
