Managing a portfolio ranging up to 2 lacs sq ft of area in terms of Administration, Real Estate and Facilities Management is an important aspect of this role

  • Operational skills in MS Office are essential
  • Negotiation and people vendor management skills are also required
  • Crisis disaster management and facility management administrative services AMC skills are necessary
  • Event and cafeteria management skills are also required
  • Transport management including company vehicles management skills are essential
  • MIS budgeting reports and returns skills are necessary
  • SIM card management transition management compliance and audit skills are also required
  • Digitization and automation of FM services and allied services skills are necessary
  • Future ready new normal offices general awareness real estate projects infrastructure management BCM pandemic management and HSW general awareness cost saving initiatives safety health and well being ESG carbon footprint and sustainability logistics material procurement skills are also required
