Job Title:

Product Development Manager

About the Role:

The Product Development Manager is a key role responsible for overseeing the development and optimization of our product portfolio. This involves leading innovation projects, providing strategic insights, and working cross-functionally to drive business growth.

  • This individual will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are required to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance portfolio value and drive business growth.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior management to define and execute portfolio strategies.
  • Product Lifecycle Oversight:
  • Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle to ensure effective management of product development, launches, and phase-outs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in product management or portfolio management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex portfolios and driving business growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Master's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Industry knowledge of Oil and Gas sector.
  • Familiarity with product development processes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
