Project Coordinator Role in Real Estate

This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely tracking of project progress, enabling informed decision-making for successful project execution.

The coordinator will be responsible for monitoring project milestones and timelines to ensure on-schedule execution. They will also collect and consolidate project data for comprehensive status reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and minimum 3-4 years of experience in real estate construction. A postgraduate degree in Construction Management is preferred.
