Job Overview:

The Project Development Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of real estate development projects, from concept and planning through design, permitting, construction, and handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project activities from feasibility to delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead the coordination of internal teams (finance, sales, legal) and external consultants (architects, engineers, contractors).
  • Identify critical path activities and ensure timely completion of each project phase.

Preferred Qualifications include a Master's degree in Real Estate Development, MBA, or Construction Management, PMP certification, experience with financial modeling, development feasibility studies, and investor reporting, and familiarity with design-build and other project delivery methods. Additionally, proficiency in relevant software applications and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
