Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our organization as a Senior Executive Assistant, providing high-level support to the Managing Director.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating senior management team meetings and off-sites, as well as all-staff meetings. They will also facilitate cross-divisional coordination of Strategic Project Management and Initiatives, collaborate with the Strategic Initiatives team to coordinate the Managing Director's outreach activities, and follow up on contacts made by the Managing Director.

In addition, the Senior Executive Assistant will create personalized letters based on the Managing Director's notes or guidance for strategic contacts on topics relevant to SuperHuman Race. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion, handle confidential matters with discretion, and maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the agenda for senior management team meetings and off-sites, as well as all-staff meetings
  • Facilitate cross-divisional coordination of Strategic Project Management and Initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Initiatives team to coordinate the Managing Director's outreach activities
  • Follow up on contacts made by the Managing Director and support the cultivation of ongoing relationships
