Business Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled candidate to provide administrative support in our fast-paced startup environment. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, the ideal candidate will thrive in this role.

The Business Operations Associate will work closely with the founder to manage daily operations, ensuring seamless execution across customer service, sales, content, and collaborations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours via email or other communication channels
  • Maintain an updated calendar for sales, launches, and marketing events
  • Coordinate with freelancers, including editors and photographers, to deliver high-quality results
  • Monitor and update inventory levels, assist with website content uploads, and ensure accurate data entry
  • Develop and implement effective influencer and brand collaboration strategies
  • Prepare and share weekly reports on customer engagement, stock levels, and key performance indicators
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Able to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion, with a focus on quality and timeliness
  • Experience in e-commerce is a significant advantage
