As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating awareness about our programs through presentations and seminars at colleges and coaching classes.

Responsibilities:
  • Create awareness about the programs offered by presenting at colleges & coaching classes.
  • Counsel students on career guidance.
  • Advise students and families regarding educational admission and other requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop strategies for program evaluation.
  • Collect databases of prospective/potential and current students.
  • Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs, and student feedbacks to generate student reports.
  • Prepare reports and proposals, and respond to inquiries from students and external agencies.
  • Engage with potential students via tele calling for career guidance.
  • Invite potential students for campus visits and admission processes.
  • Process student registration and payment.
  • Communicate application status to applicants, including acceptance/rejection.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree; minimum 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written).
  • Knowledge of student admission and retention issues.
  • Knowledge of available academic units, curricula, and programs.
  • Ability to plan and implement short- and long-term goals.
  • Organizing and coordinating skills.
  • Skill in the use of computerized systems and databases.
  • Ability to evaluate student transcripts and/or records.
