Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the completion of aptitude, personality, and other relevant tests, providing expert analysis and interpretation of results.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized career strategies, highlighting opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Social Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Graduate degree in Counseling plus an appropriate license is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical judgment, with a strong ability to analyze complex information and provide actionable insights.
• Knowledgeable about emerging trends across multiple industries, with a keen sense of how these developments may impact career trajectories.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Top-notch investigative, assessment, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and outcomes.
