    • Identify training needs through various channels, staying abreast of industry trends.
    • Prepare comprehensive training calendars, aligning with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate closely with senior management to drive strategic initiatives.
  • People Focus:
    • Liaise with HR team to design and implement employee engagement activities, promoting a positive work environment.
    • Support HR team in driving reward and recognition programs, acknowledging outstanding contributions.
  • Functional Competencies:
    • Knowledge of HR principles, ensuring alignment with organizational values.
    • Develop and deliver effective training programs, leveraging expertise in Training Skills.
    • Proficiency in MS-Office, facilitating efficient administrative tasks.
