Identity Access Management Specialist

The role involves the administration of privileged accounts for Windows and UNIX servers to ensure secure access and management.

  • Integrate various platforms with different LDAP providers, including Splunk, to enhance security and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues with Privileged Account Security (PAS) Components to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement and integrate AIM or CCP, configuring and installing components like Vault, PVWA, PSM, AIM or CCP.
  • Document installation procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Experience with digital password vaulting solutions to ensure robust security measures.

Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management Services, with technical expertise in deployment, implementation, and operations of Privilege Identity tools.
  • Experience working with components such as vaults, CPMs, accounts, policies, safes, usages, PACLI, and providers.
  • Implementation of related use cases for the adoption of new technology, standards, and processes.
  • Collaboration with SMEs and peer engineers to understand needs and architect appropriate solutions.
  • Knowledge of security and systems standards, Access Management, authorization/Permissions Management, Network Protocols, System management applications, and System & Network Security.
  • Experience troubleshooting applications and scripts by accessing and analyzing logs on Unix and Windows servers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles, system administration, and networking protocols. Experience working with account management on various platforms, Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and storage systems is highly valued.
