This role will play a critical part in ensuring the security and integrity of our HR systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining user access within Oracle HCM system and related security process documentation, building custom roles supporting HCM application and HR business processes, monitoring, resolving and responding to access questions and requests pertaining to Oracle HCM system access and functionality, partnering with managers and peers within the team to support the agile execution of Oracle HCM system security configuration, upgrades, and implementations, becoming a domain expert for HCM system access and configuration, working with Oracle on enablement of new features, problem resolution and Quarterly improvements and post launch configuration, collaborating with technology teams and other partners to identify areas for security process improvement with our Oracle HCM products.
