Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our IAM platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional user experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • L2 Support: Provide timely and effective support for L2 issues, escalating complex problems to senior teams as needed.
  • SailPoint Workflows: Develop, modify, and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors to optimize IAM platform performance.
  • IAM Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor IAM platform performance, performing routine health checks and implementing minor enhancements to ensure seamless operations.
  • User Provisioning: Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews, maintaining accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and fixes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Operational Expertise: Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations, including L2 support, workflow management, and IAM performance monitoring.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • IAM Operations: Experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management, as well as knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices.
