Identity Management Professional

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and maintain identity management solutions, including provisioning, lifecycle automation, access certifications, and self-service capabilities.
  • CICD Pipeline Development: Create and automate end-to-end CICD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Ant to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Custom Connector Integration: Build custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems, APIs, and identity protocols, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
  • Code Development and Support: Author secure, maintainable code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for rule, workflow, and report logic, and provide support for SailPoint environments with Tier 2/3 incident response and performance tuning.
  • Collaboration and Governance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure IAM capabilities, ensure governance and compliance alignment, and monitor the implementation of SailPoint solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in identity and access management
