As a SailPoint Consultant, you will play a vital role in our Cyber: Identity Team. Your primary objective is to deliver exceptional client experiences by fostering strong working relationships with teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate SailPoint with core systems such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other identified applications to ensure seamless identity management and governance.
  • Implement Identity Governance (IGA) processes including recertification, joiner/mover/leaver (JML), access request, segregation of duties, and role-based access control (RBAC) to maintain a secure environment.
  • Configure connectors to onboard applications efficiently, utilizing out-of-the-box connectors like Web Service, JDBC, RACF/ACF2, and custom options to streamline the application onboarding process.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Design and implement automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to improve efficiency and streamline identity lifecycle events.
  • Communicate and demonstrate SailPoint's capabilities to stakeholders, ensuring they understand the value of the platform.
  • Create and maintain insightful reports and audit trails to monitor identity and access activities and demonstrate compliance.
  • Collaborate with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and threats related to identity and access management.

You will also provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training to ensure successful system adoption and ongoing operations.
