Drive Business Transformation as a Lead System Analyst

Are you a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills? Do you have a passion for improving business processes and systems?

We are seeking an experienced Lead System Analyst to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Translate business system requirements into detailed functional specifications
  • Research user requirements, costs, and benefits for documentation
  • Analyze business needs to identify new processes and process improvements
  • Document current business processes and models to define requirements and gaps
  • Evaluate the impact of software and process changes on the organization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 6+ years of relevant technical or business experience, preferably in accounting, finance, warehouse operations, purchasing, order management, and order fulfillment
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
  • Strong domain knowledge in at least one business area and ability to analyze and improve sophisticated processes and systems
