Job Title/Role:

Senior Business Analyst CRM

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to spearhead our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business growth, optimize processes, and enhance customer experiences.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to CRM systems, processes, and data. Develop innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
  3. Proactively identify and implement application-ready features and functions to improve the end-user experience. Establish processes and guidelines to ensure a cohesive system across all user groups.
  4. Define, design, and perform application configurations and basic customizations that fulfill user requirements. Collaborate with software engineers when advanced customization and software development is required.
  5. Create and execute unit, integration, and regression test plans to ensure all enhancements meet the highest quality standards.
  6. Monitor and assess the CRM system's performance, gather feedback, and recommend system enhancements and improvements.
  7. Work closely with internal teams to transform complex business and functional requirements into technical solutions. Provide thoughtful work-level estimates for cost/benefit analysis and recommend alternate solutions when more appropriate.
  8. Support internal customers through assigned business applications/module(s) and integrated applications.
  9. Resolve inquiries by coaching users on working within the existing applications. Support end-user requests for reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and other ad hoc needs.
  10. Provide guidance and support to end-users, ensuring business applications adhere to consistent usage conventions, best practices, and data integrity.
  11. Serve as the primary contact and liaison for global customer-facing teams.
  12. Assist in maintenance and technical support of business applications; troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes and viable resolutions.
  13. Develop and maintain reporting and analytics capabilities within the CRM system to track performance, customer behavior, and critical metrics.
  14. Create and maintain training materials that educate end-users on how to work with business applications and train users to drive adoption, usage, and best practices.
  15. Evaluate and recommend new or additional technologies to support and improve business processes.
