Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Job Purpose:

- Business Analyst will be responsible for managing the given assignment. The role requires a good blend of functional and technical know-how and the ability to connect with the clients. The role requires good learning agility on both domain and technology front.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interface with clients and gain understanding of requirements/processes through meetings and discussions
- Closely engage with client teams/stakeholders for overall business process mapping
- Manage the client relationship including change request management, solution planning and testing
- Defines and documents customer business functions and processes
- Develop requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.
- Plan, organizes and conduct business process reengineering/improvement projects and/or management reviews
- Work with project stakeholders to validate their requirements and analysis models via techniques such as reviews and walkthroughs. BAs will aid in writing user acceptance test (UAT) cases and will be a liaison between project stakeholders and the testing organization during UAT.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Carry out First Level Analysis of defect, assign to engineering team, review the fixes received and plan deployment in client production environment

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3- 5 years min, strong domain experience in one of these Maintenance/Fleet Management with exposure to any ERP application Should be conversant with end-to-end maintenance process Equipment Registration, Maintain Spare Requirement, Work Log entry, Preventive Maintenance Schedule, Work Order execution and Closure, Administering Clearance Permit, Conduct Periodic Calibration
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Travel is mandatory
- Candidates having implementation experience in any ERP is preferable.

Work Location:

Base location will be Chennai. However, applicant should be willing to travel / relocate for short or long term to other locations / countries, based upon business requirement.
