Job description

We're hiring a Business Analyst with experience in manufacturing, machine maintenance, or asset management. The role involves gathering business requirements, improving processes, and supporting ERP/CMMS/EAM system implementations to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business/technical requirements across operations, maintenance, and production.
  • Document BRDs, FRS, user stories, and process flows.
  • Support ERP/EAM/CMMS design and implementation (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).
  • Coordinate UAT and validate system functionalities.
  • Collaborate on KPIs, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders and tech teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong in business analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Domain knowledge: manufacturing workflows, maintenance planning, inventory, downtime tracking.
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Power BI/Tableau, basic SQL.
  • Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, SDLC, UAT execution.
