About the Role

Automios Technologies is looking for an experienced
Business Analyst
to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing BRDs/FRDs, conducting market research, and driving business strategy initiatives
. You will act as a key
bridge between business and technology teams
, ensuring that user needs and organizational goals are effectively translated into solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into
    clear documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and test cases
    .
  • Conduct
    market research
    and support in formulating market strategies.
  • Perform
    gap analysis
    and recommend practical, technology-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to align business goals with technical execution.
  • Identify and analyze
    business trends
    to provide data-driven insights.
  • Maintain structured
    BRD, FRD, and process documentation
    to support project delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    as a Business Analyst in IT/Technology domains.
  • Proven expertise in
    requirement gathering, documentation, gap analysis, and stakeholder management
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    business strategy, user aspects, and test case creation
    .
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional discussions and deliver actionable insights.
