Power BI Developer Opportunity

Aptimized seeks a skilled Power BI Developer to support enterprise data initiatives. This role combines hands-on data engineering and ETL development with business intelligence and power BI reporting delivery, ensuring timely and accurate insights for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Engineering & Reporting:
    • Design, develop, and publish Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and self-service datasets.
    • Implement data models tailored for reporting.
    • Create reusable DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and semantic layers.
    • Ensure reports and dashboards follow governance, security, and performance best practices.
    • Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and report automation.
  • Collaboration & Delivery:
    • Work closely with onsite leads, data architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
    • Provide status updates, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure alignment with enterprise BI initiatives.
    • Collaborate with offshore team members to maintain consistent coding standards and best practices.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of reporting workflows.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Data Engineering and Reporting solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and semantic layers.
  • Ability to design and develop data models tailored for reporting.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
