Vendor Data Management Role

About the Job
  • Manage and maintain vendor master data in SAP ECC, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, SOX, and statutory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating and modifying vendor master data records in SAP ECC.
  • Knowledge of Vendor Master T codes and technical tables in ECC.
  • Ensuring data quality and accuracy by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
  • Collaborating with procurement and finance teams to support vendor-related reporting requirements.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving data discrepancies and issues promptly.
  • Participating in monthly closing activities and preparing necessary SOX controls.
  • Identifying and suggesting process improvements for vendor data management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Vendor Master Data management.
  • Proficient in SAP ECC with hands-on experience in vendor master data modules.
  • Experience with Service Now is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment is advantageous.
